Matured the whisky in first-fill sherry seasoned European Oak Casks.

Tasting Notes:

Nose : Rich spices, dried fruit, light smoke and cedar wood.

Palate : Cinnamon bark, orange peel, cocoa and toasted wood.

Finish : Lingering spiciness.
