Return Process

    Ensure the bottle is unopened, the seal is intact, and you are within the 14-day return window for damaged or incorrect shipments.

    Email our concierge team with your order number and clear photographs of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Pack Securely

    Place the item in its original protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit and include your RMA slip inside the box.

    Receive Refund
